At NGTOnline, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and have original tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your NGTOnline account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
